Chicago History Museum

Hi guys

Today I talk about an artifact of the Chicago History Museum: a locomotive.

This object is made of metal and wood. It's cylindrical and rectangular shape. It's a very big size, 4 or 5 meters high. The color of this locomotive is black and the details are in yellow and red. Something important about this locomotive is that they are one of the first means of mass transport. This locomotive was placed at a strategic point between the Great Lakes and the Mississippi River, also carrying heavy materials for industries.
I think this artifact was used a lot during the civil war, but still helped a lot in the development of the USA.This locomotive was used by engineers, and John Ebbert was the fist engineer of this locomotive.
..

Now I am talking about one of the pictures or photographs, I choose...

I didn't find the name of this photograph but the name of the serial of photographs are "Winter Walk, 1965" of Vivian Maier, and stay in KPMG and Paul and Katherine Snyndre Gallery.
The objects that incluide this photo is a tree and a newspaper, but the most significant of this photo, is the windy because it is what keeps the newspaper embedded in tree.
